Terms and Conditions

Dear Client, please take a moment to read the Terms and Conditions:

Once you have booked an appointment and paid the booking fee for any cosmetic procedure including semi-permanent makeup, we consider that you have read through our 'Contraindication' section of the website and our Terms and Conditions and have ensured you are suitable for treatment. Once paid the booking fee is non-refundable. If you are not sure that you are a suitable candidate for the treatment you are more than welcome to book a consultation appointment which is free of charge.

Reservation

I would like to give all my clients full attention and the best quality service. Please book your appointment in advance so that I may secure preferred time for your treatment.

Online Booking

The online booking system allows convenient online scheduling. However, for permanent make-up the patch test is advised, therefore if you book your appointment online please ensure to book a consultation at least 24 hours before the treatment appointment.

Sensitivity test

A sensitivity patch test is an option offered to all new clients. This has to be done at least 24 hours before the appointment date. However if you wish to not have this done, you can sign a waiver and therefore release the spmu artist from liability if you develop an allergic reaction to the pigment or any of the products used.

Booking Fee

If you decide to continue with the permanent make-up treatment you agree to pay a Non-Refundable Booking Fee of £40 to secure an appointment. Booking fee is payable prior to the treatment, either during the consultation or via the online booking system. The Booking Fee is accounted towards your treatment price. Booking Fee can be paid by bank transfer or by credit or debit card. The Booking Fee may be transferred to another available date when you give at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled appointment. In case of cancelling, rescheduling in less than 48 hours or not showing up to a booked appointment a new Booking Fee must be paid when rebooking an appointment.

Reschedule / Cancellation

Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable in the event of treatment cancellation. If you reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before treatment, then the Booking Fee can be transferred across to your next treatment. If you reschedule in less than 48 hours, you lose your booking fee, and you will need to pay it again when making your next appointment. Being late more than 15 minutes to the appointment will result in cancellation of that appointment. Reschedule/Cancellation can be done by clicking on the CHANGE/CANCEL button in your appointment confirmation email or by contacting us via our telephone number - even out of hours, text message or voicemail are fine (07853592509).

Touch up Appointment

First Touch-up appointment is free within 3 months from the initial permanent makeup treatment. 48 hours rescheduling policy is in place. Cancelling or rescheduling in less than 48 hours means you lose your free touch up appointment. Not showing up to your appointment means you lose your free touch up appointment.

Colour Boost Appointment

Any appointment made between 3-18 months time after the initial treatment is payable as a Colour Boost. This applies only to clients who have had initial treatment at Puella Beauty

Corrections

Prices on applications done by another technician will be given at consultation after assessment of existing shape and colour. There is no guarantee that correctional work after other technicians will only require one treatment.
